Order Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a second email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Please note: During peak times such as major set releases, holidays, or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are products purchased before their official release date.
When placing a pre-order:
- Your payment will be processed immediately at checkout to reserve your item.
- The estimated ship date will be listed in the product description.
- If you place an order that includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will ship once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
- Release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer and may affect our fulfillment schedule.
We will keep you updated on any delays and ensure you receive tracking once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
We ship via USPS, UPS, or other trusted carriers.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. Orders are limited to U.S. addresses only.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
Lost or Damaged Packages
LasPackMagic is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. If your shipment arrives damaged, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging and damaged items for the claim process.
Incorrect Address Information
Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
Orders returned due to incorrect address information may incur additional shipping fees to re-ship.
